Our client, the Centre for Evidence and Implementation (CEI), is an independent, for-purpose, evidence intermediary. Joining the Sydney based team and working closely with the Director, the primary role of the Senior Advisor is to lead and or manage a portfolio of CEI projects across a range of key CEI strategic activities, including evaluation, applying evidence in service development and improvement, evidence synthesis, and advancing implementation science. The Senior Advisor will also contribute to new business development and the strategic development of the CEI team.
The portfolio for this role will have an emphasis on impact evaluation, including a particular focus on hybrid implementation-effectiveness designs and multicomponent research that provides a deep understanding of complex social policy issues with an equity lens.
Key responsibilities include:
You will have strong expertise in rigorous quantitative evaluation and research methods, with capacity to translate findings into feasible solutions for government, the service sector, and philanthropic decision-makers. You have an emerging portfolio of policy relevant translational research and seeking to join a team with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
