People Experience Lead

TODAY

We’re looking for a creative and passionate People Experience Lead to support our people and nurture our culture.

Today is a purpose-driven design company. We use design and technology to help make positive change happen. We work in areas such as health, environment, education, not-for-profit, and public service.

We’ve been around for almost ten years, and currently, our team is a little over fifty people, mainly based in Melbourne. We’ll continue to grow steadily in the years ahead.

This position will see you working with our Head of People to help operate our existing people processes, but also help us to continue to evolve.

This year, we were lucky to be listed in AFR’s Best Places to Work. While we were chuffed, we want to keep striving to make Today the very best place for people to do their very best work.

We consider ourselves a modern business. We are genuinely purpose-based, our impact in the world steers our every decision. We value distributed leadership and have wonderfully engaged and talented teams who make a difference every day. Laloux would consider us pretty teal, but there is a bit of green in there.

Your role will be to help create the perfect conditions for great, creative work. That involves delivering a great people experience through some of the frameworks we already have in place. It also involves building out our future teams, helping us attract the very best, diverse teams, and evolving our practices over time.

We are looking for someone who wants to make a positive impact through their work.
