Together's Organising Contact Centre connects to members of the union and the Queensland community via the phone or other digital platforms. The role works to support the delivery of strategic and targeted campaigns.

The OCC is currently in an exciting period of innovation.

There is a focus on new technology enabling us to explore and improving our engagement with members of Together and the broader Queensland community. The OCC Supervisor will work with organisers and digital organisers across the branch to support the delivery of targeted campaigns.

This position will supervise the operations of the Branch’s Organising Call Centre (OCC). The OCC operates flexibly, usually four nights per week (Monday to Thursday) up until 8pm with occasional weekend operations. The OCC operates with between five and fifteen casual team members at any given time.

Availability for out of hours work is essential as the supervisor is required to be in attendance for all OCC evening shifts.
