We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager - Early Learning Childcare, to join our Early Learning management team.

This is a senior leadership role managing five (5) early learning childcare centres located in Flemington, Whittlesea, Richmond, Carrum Downs and Timboon.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate

• A record of achieving growth and innovation as a Centre Director or Early Learning operations manager highly regarded
• Business management success in Early Learning or related sector - education, healthcare or hospitality
• People leadership success
• Administration and systems proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Management, Early Learning or a relevant field
• A passion for development and education of children
• Applied understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning and Development Framework (preferred)
