You will perform a wide range of responsibilities in this varied role. Providing a depth of administration support, you will enter data into records, including financial data. You will also organise the purchasing of office and shop supplies for the church, ensuring we have adequate stocks at the ready. We look to you to keep our halls and common areas free of clutter with our resources and items in their place. At times you will work on our reception desk. Along the way we may ask you to carry out some research. The position will require your flexibility as you move between these different demands.
You will have gained experience in an administrative role and pride yourself on being a thorough and fast worker. You are at ease keying data and are versatile to move from that work to using your communication skills, establishing rapport and positive working relationships with others. Of course, you are organised and addressing priorities and working effectively are second nature to you.
You will work a full time 38 hour week. The position is fixed term for 12 months.
