ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will actively support the Contract Services team in the timely and efficient delivery of the Contract Services life cycle.

Key accountabilities for this role include:

  • Process and monitor all Mission related contracts, deeds, MOU's, proposals & tenders prior to recommendation for signing
  • Meet all documentation and governance requirements in regards to authorisation
  • Take responsibility for maintaining content and accuracy of registers
  • Manage and prioritise high volume team mail account associated with Contract Services
  • Enter contract documents into the contract management system
  • Take responsibility for filing, printing and authorised person signing for all documents as required by Approved Authorities Matrix (AAM)
  • Undertake all administration support tasks in relation to the Client Information and Contract Services team
  • Demonstrate flexibility and support towards other members of the team
  • Involvement with special projects as required
  • Provide information in areas of subject matter expertise
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of department processes and procedures

This position is located at Blackburn VIC.

HOURS AND SALARY

This is a permanent part time, 15.2 hours per week.

Salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Clerks Private Sector Award Level 4.

The successful person will meet the following selection criteria:

  • Sound administration practices including confidentiality and probity
  • Experience in undertaking basic contract and tender management protocols Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs Demonstrated experience working in a high volume environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams, internally and externally
  • Proven attention to detail across documentation including records and data management
  • Tertiary level business qualification or relevant equivalent experience

The successful candidate will be required to complete a National police check and Working with Children as part of their onboarding.
