Bridgehaven is a 24/7 18 bed rehabilitation facility with 25 staff including 3 supervisors and one manager. It is a 'women's only' facility and is the only facility which caters exclusively for women and their children. Residents have to be over the age of 18 to be admitted and ages range from women in their late teens to mature ladies over 60.
This role is oversee the provision of rehabilitation services to women experiencing alcohol and other drug dependency, through the leadership, and supervision of a multi-disciplined team and the management of a range of resources.
This is a full time 12-month fixed-term position that sits within the AOD stream in Victoria and the position reports to the AOD Victoria Regional Manager - South. The position is responsible for oversight of the 18 bed residential rehabilitation facility located in Preston that operates 24/7, 365 days per year, and the Eunike Women's AOD Supported Accommodation Program. There is a strong emphasis on building resilience and empowering women to make wise choices for their own and their children's future. Staff at Bridgehaven support women through regular group and 1:1 case management sessions.
