The Dooralong transformation Centre is a 70-bed residential AOD Treatment Program for individuals who are experiencing alcohol, drugs and/or gambling dependencies. It operates under The Salvation Army Bridge Program with incorporates:
The combined programs result in a holistic approach to the treatment of addiction, enabling participants to strive towards physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual well-being.
We are seeking a pro-active and values-driven Registered Nurse to be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing specialised nursing intervention, clinical assessments, groupwork and referral for clients admitted to the Dooralong Transformation Centre in a safe, sensitive and culturally appropriate manner which meets their immediate physical, mental and emotional needs which are in line with The Salvation Army (TSA) values and mission.
This is a permanent part time position 30.4 hours per week.
