About the role:

We are seeking a Corporate Partnership Relationship Manager to build and preserve a valued portfolio of corporate partners. This is a full time permanent position based in Redfern, Sydney.

Reporting to the National Corporate Partnerships Manager you will leverage your exceptional networking skills to cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships in order to drive portfolio growth, as well as manage and grow existing major donor gifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of highly valued corporate donors
  • Secure financial donations from prospects and existing donors
  • Build effective partnerships
  • Drive engagement strategies to optimise financial support
  • Develop mutually beneficially cause related/shared value proposals
  • Implement moves management plans specific to donors' interests, motivations and giving pattern
  • Meet and exceed fundraising revenue targets

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in building interdependent partnerships in fundraising within the NFP sector. A background in either sales, key account management or corporate affairs is advantageous.

About you:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in relationship building, donor stewardship and networking skills
  • Sound knowledge of fundraising best practices and principles
  • Demonstrated history in securing financial asks and business development
  • Exceptional communication skills are key to articulating compelling stories and the impact of gifts
  • Proven experience in pitching and presenting to senior executives
  • Solid writing and communication skills for proposals, presentations and reports
  • Outstanding negotiating and influencing skills
  • A professional attitude, and impeccable presentation
  • Self-motivation and determination to drive results​
