ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Site Administrator is the smiling face and friendly voice of the Leongatha Site! The job needs someone who can deliver high level of reception and administration support to the teams onsite and also ensure clients receive a respectful, safe and non-judgmental quality service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure professional and friendly face to face, phone and written communications to all clients/visitors and team members at all times including but not limited to taking and sending phone messages, communications about administrative items in emails and other forums etc
  • Provide highly responsive administration to the teams onsite
  • Maintain methodical record systems for all finance, ordering, fleet vehicles, scheduling meetings and appointments, assets and IT, files/filing etc
  • Ensure finance administration is processed in a timely effective way and ensure follow up and close out is completed within expected timeframes and communicated with team
  • Induct all new staff members to administration processes and WHS upon commencement
  • Provide Site IT Administration support to all teams onsite and help troubleshoot. Act as contact point for IT if any infrastructure works are required.
  • Maintain all security and other key site registers in conjunction with Site Coordinator and Corps Officer

HOURS AND SALARY

This is a full time position, 38 hours per week fixed term to October 2021.

Salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Clerks Stream, level 3.
