About the Role:

We currently have an amazing permanent full time opportunity for a Supporter Experience Manager to join our Melbourne office in Glen Waverley. Reporting to the General Manager, Supporter Experience, Acquisition & Growth this role is responsible for developing and leading the supporter experience strategy and the development of programs that address supporter needs.

To be successful in this role you will need to work with key stakeholders to develop, implement and oversee annual supporter engagement plans, education campaigns, digital transformation and collateral/elements to support defined supporter experiences. As well as to provide customer in-sights from our supporter data, digital data and loyalty data to inform and support decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporter Experience Strategy: creating engagement plans, insights, digital engagement and capability as well as developing and implementing the supporter journey for all new and existing supporters
  • Supporter Engagement: develop annual supporter engagement plans, develop supporter relationship and conversation plans, approve final campaign strategy and art work and provide post implementation reviews
  • Supporter Insights: Oversee the development of baseline datasets and performance dashboards, develop and oversee supporter feedback mechanisms and provide reporting to the business on trends / recommendations
  • Supporter Communication: develop a supporter communication plan focusing on stewardship, loyalty and improved supporter sentiment and oversee the development of supporting materials and collaborate cross functionally within Fundraising
  • People Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

About You:

  • Degree in Marketing/Fundraising/Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record in a customer experience, fundraising or marketing environment
  • Significant experience in developing and leading high-performance teams
  • Experience with multichannel fundraising streams including databases and direct mail​
