We offer a range of services including Harm Reduction and Primary Health Services as well as a range of treatment types (including residential treatment centres, community-based support programs, counselling and withdrawal management services). We work to a modern, evidence based and holistic Model of Care which can be viewed here.
We support individuals 16 years and over who reside anywhere within the Loddon Mallee region.
We are currently seeking a values-driven and motivated Team Leader to lead an effective and high functioning team of staff to deliver services to marginalised personas who are experiencing difficulties with alcohol and/or other drug use.
The position is based in Swan Hill with Travel required to Mildura and Bendigo and is responsible for:
The doorways Program is delivered from Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 12:00pm.
The non-residential services are delivered from Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, with some after-hours sessions based on demand. The service sees over 500 clients per annum.
The AOD Service is delivered by utilising co-location arrangements across the Mallee catchment area.

Reporting to the Alcohol and Other Drugs Services Manager, Loddon Mallee this position is located in Bendigo.
This is a full time position, 38 hours per week fixed term for 12 months.
Salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, level 6.
