THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a dynamic and personable Thrift Shop Manager with retail experience who is passionate about growing an incredible store, that connects community together, meets financial targets and is willing to join our amazing broader team at Morley Salvation Army.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of committed volunteers
  • Merchandising/Pricing
  • Management of team dynamics
  • Meeting budget targets
  • Leading the shop through a significant building project
  • Ensuring company policies are adhered to
  • Following workplace health and safety expectations

HOURS AND SALARY

This is a part time position, 25 hours per week.

Salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with General Retail Industry Award Level 6.

The Successful applicant shall display:

  • Retail experience
