About the role

Our Client Support Operations Team is responsible for building and maintaining key data sources, identifying pain points in and new requirements for our processes and workflows, and designing, sourcing, and implementing the right systems and tools to help us continuously improve and scale the support we provide.

This role sits within the wider Client Support Team who are responsible for ensuring exceptional support and service to our valued clients and users of Edrolo. The Client Support Operations Team is responsible for supercharging our Client Support Team by building and maintaining the foundation of information that powers Client Support decision-making. If you love working with data, building and implementing processes and workflows, and identifying needs and designing solutions to meet them, this could be the right role for you.

Key responsibilities

  • Designing, building, and maintaining data sources that provide visibility and direction to the Client Support team

  • Building and running reports on key data and metrics that inform the outcomes of the Client Support team

  • Workload and costs forecasting and resource planning

  • Developing and communicating insights from data sources, and making data-based recommendations

  • Developing, documenting, and implementing processes, workflows, systems, and tools for Client Support and cross-team collaboration

  • Contributing to the development of Client Support Operations Team’s plans, priorities, and goals

  • You take pride in providing timely and accurate information and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
