This is a new and exciting role driving growth through innovation and provides a great opportunity to make an impact on how we engage with people and make change for nature. The Digital Growth Specialist drives performance and improvement of Wilderness Society’s digital systems, processes and practice. The role focuses on optimising digital systems and seeking opportunities for growth in engagement and income to maximise investment in Wilderness Society’s purpose.
Wilderness Society provides excellent conditions including 5 weeks’ annual leave and great flexibility. We have offices in every state capital city (plus Newcastle) and will consider any location.
We are looking for someone who loves nature, digital systems and people in equal measures. You are a great communicator who is curious and you love working collaboratively to solve problems. You are driven to succeed and you have a strong track record in optimising digital systems for growth - for example, CRMs, digital marketing systems and websites. You have demonstrated success in a similar role.
