Your Role

This is your chance to take the lead our values-driven organisation. Reporting directly to the Board and working closely with representatives of Kippax Uniting Church, you'll continue to develop and expand our successful community support programs.

Leading a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, you will build on our established reputation, ensuring the continued excellence of our programs and services. You'll also focus on strengthening and expanding our partnerships with key stakeholders and like-minded organisations.

UnitingCare Kippax, established by the Kippax Uniting Church, is dedicated to providing essential community services. Our mission is to alleviate poverty and disadvantage, fostering a more inclusive community and empowering individuals to fully participate.

As a local, purpose-driven community organisation, we serve a diverse population, primarily in the north-western areas of the ACT. Our services include a wide range of children's, family, emergency relief, and employment support programs, as well as operating a sector-recognised social enterprise.
