The Clinical Lead is responsible for leading a team of clinicians, and will work collaboratively with clients, their families and the broader Home and Community Care team to embed best practice in the delivery of clinical services and education in the Neighbourhood Model of Care. This will involve leading and facilitating the implementation of clinical policies and practices throughout our three services in the West area.
This is a full-time contract role until 31 March 2023, covering services in Wagga, Orange and Broken Hill. This role can be based in either of these three services, as we have offices in these areas.
