As Internal Communications Content Manager, you will apply your passion to create and curate engaging, compelling and impactful digital content across multiple platforms designed to engage and inspire our people!

Sydney CBD as a base location with flexible working arrangements in place.

You will manage the planning, coordination, delivery, and execution of digital content across multiple channels for over 10, 000 Uniting employees and volunteers, including - Uniting's employee newsletter, Intranet pages and Yammer. SharePoint experience will be highly valued. You have a knack for identifying inspiring stories that will reflect the Uniting brand, strategy, and culture.

Your interest in current events, ability to 'speak' to diverse audiences, excellent copywriting skills and huge appetite for interesting and inspirational news will allow you to create stories we will all want to read. Interested so far? Read on!

A good understanding of content strategy and audience across multiple channels and proven track record in the development, delivery and moderation of digital content is a must. Experience producing videos would be awesome.

With your excellent organisational skills, you will create and maintain an internal communications content calendar for the team. A fast-paced style of working suits you, problem solving comes naturally as you apply high levels of initiative, innovation and energy to find smart solutions! Previous experience working within a complex organisation will certainly be an advantage! 

You have a unique and genuine ability to build and nurture strong, trustworthy relationships with your stakeholders. Superb communication skills and excellent writing skills will see you succeed and totally thrive in this exciting, full time permanent role within Uniting's organisational communications team.

It is anticipated you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, media or similar with 3 years or more demonstrated experience working in a related field.
