About the Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a caring, nurturing and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to become our Centre Director. In this role you will need the ability to inspire, motivate, lead and maintain a positive learning culture for our dedicated and longstanding team of families and educators. 

At Uniting Grantham Heights Early Learning, we help children to develop a life-long love of learning and pave the way for the children's ongoing literacy, numeracy, problem-solving and language development that will ease their transition to ‘big school’, and far beyond.

Grantham Heights Early Learning Centre is a service approved for 41 children. 

Essential Requirements 

• Diploma Qualification in Early Learning
• Previous experience in children’s services
• Experience and knowledge of National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
• Understanding of Children’s Services Regulations
• Previous experience in programming
• Sound developmental knowledge
