This is a permanent opportunity with flexibility to work between home and our Sydney and Parramatta CBD locations.

We are open to full time or 4 days per week - (salary pro-rata)

About the role:

We are seeking to expand our Organisational Enablement impact by welcoming another highly engaged, driven Organisational Enablement Specialist to our passionate and dedicated team.

In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders on new and existing initiatives that support and enable leadership, engagement, wellbeing, recognition, performance and capability development.

Partnering with HR Business Partners, our Learning & Development team and our Senior Leaders across Uniting, you will play a key role in building the capability of our people and driving our inclusive, safe, innovative and person-centred culture.

Further to this you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and deliver a range of programs that have a positive impact on our organisation, our people and the people we serve

Duties and responsibilities:

In this role you will have the opportunity to lead and develop specific organisational enablement projects that have a focus on leadership development, engagement, career development and wellbeing.

About You:

To be successful in the role you will have the following:

  • Experience in leading the design and delivery of large-scale talent, performance, capability and engagement initiatives in a complex organisation.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or relevant experience in organisational psychology, organisational learning and development, human resources or related field.
  • Proven ability to maintain a growth mindset and can-do attitude, when faced with ambiguity, uncertainty and a need to adapt.
  • Customer focused and purpose driven.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work which contains data analysis, along with relevant, impactful, and realistic recommendations.
  • Deliver results through building credibility and trust
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
