Working within Uniting's Project Management Office (PMO) team of the Governance, Risk and Quality Directorate you will be focussed on the design and implementation of good governance measures, education of governance framework and reporting. The PMO ensures that projects associated with the yearly budget follow the agreed governance framework and deliver to agreed seed funding or business case.
This superb hands-on, roll your sleeves-up role will suit someone with exceptional stakeholder management experience, comfortable at all levels to develop trusted and enduring relationships gained from working in a large and complex organisation. You possess excellent judgment, analytical and lateral with excellent problem-solving skills. You are curious as you like to understand the why not just the how! Ideally you are someone that is resilient, tenacious with a propensity to persevere and succeed! Advanced negotiation skills are a big plus too!
