About the role:

As an integral member of the property team in the Portfolio Planning team you will provide analysis, research and operational information assisting managers to evaluate and integrate information received. You will conduct specialised studies, providing insights into the operation of the team and organisation. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Undertake portfolio performance data collection, analysis and reporting
  • Maintain and enhance a centralised asset information database
  • Assist with environmental sustainability data collection, analysis and reporting for energy, water, waste and carbon emissions
  • Provide market analysis (demographic, supply/demand, competitor analysis, GIS platform) as required
  • Monthly reconciliation process for Portfolio Industrial Special Risk (USR) insurance schedules
  • Assist with identifying and managing strategic acquisition and disposal opportunities

Qualifications and experience:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years in property, asset management, portfolio management, property analysis
  • Sound understanding of and ability to implement an asset register, experience with asset data systems
  • Understanding of EEO and OH&S in the workplace, particularly as it applies to aged care operations
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems and life cycle costing
  • Experience working in a property portfolio related environment

About you:

  • Ability to positively influence key stakeholders
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced level of MS office in particular Excel
  • (Excel skills will be examined during the interview)
  • Be able to assess complex data systems and make system recommendations for improvement
  • You are a lateral thinker who is solutions and delivery focused
  • Fantastic capability to plan and prioritise, as you establish strong, productive working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Desire to work with an experienced, well established team who enjoy celebrating success
