About the role:

As a Scrum Master you will play a key role in ensuring BAU achieve desired benefits and bringing strong in-house capabilities in ServiceNow. 

Based in Parramatta, you will work with the business on design and development requirements, then implement and improve new or current systems/processes.

You will lead and assist the BAU team, removing any blockers and obstacles as well as helping coordinate priorities and maintain team management systems.

The role will involve conducting workshop facilitation, current state analysis, future state design, opportunity/gap analysis, user story writing/requirements, process mapping; responsible for creation, enhancement and execution of testing. Whilst working with your team to deliver outputs.

Skills and experience:

  • Extensive senior level project delivery experience including specific experience using SAFE Agile methods whilst acting as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Able to organise and facilitate sprint and release planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, demos and other Agile/Scrum related ceremonies
  • Facilitate the backlog grooming, planning session and guide the team through Agile journey in Uniting
  • Foster delivery discipline and transparency by leveraging project management tools like JIRA
  • Excellent active listening skills and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
