This is a full-time contract opportunity to December 2025 – 35 hours per week, located in Cabramatta NSW. Starting base annual salary of $79,823 plus super, plus access to generous salary packaging options.

As the Team Leader for Early Childhood Services, you will guide a team of Children’s Workers to deliver high-quality supported playgroups and school readiness programs. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the lives of children and families in the Liverpool, Bankstown, and Fairfield areas. You’ll support your team to create safe, inclusive, and stimulating environments where children can thrive, develop, and feel prepared for school and beyond.
You are a compassionate leader who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and seeing positive outcomes. You bring experience in early childhood services, particularly with children from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds. You are someone who:
