The Opportunity

Our Wesley House Aged Care Facility is looking for a professional and enthusiastic Rostering Officer to join the team. You will be responsible for coordinating the rostering of Aged Care employees; ensuring hours are met according to specific shift requirements. In this role, you will also deliver day to day activities of reception, and administrative services which are provided to residents, visitors and staff.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all rostering enquires.
  • Coordinate all rostering enquires and ensuring they are completed accurately, and in a timely manner to reflect consumer requests.
  • Provide quality customer service and a range of general administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of all business systems within an aged care setting.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to public enquiries and refer to appropriate resources within the Aged Care Facility
  • Prepare appropriate documentation for the admission of residents into the Facility and subsequent discharge

The successful candidate will have recognised qualification in Business Administration, or extensive recent experience in office administration, along with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office. Experience with RosterOn would also be advantageous

You will be required or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance, and NDIS Worker Screening Check. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about giving back to the community, while working in a fast-paced team environment.
