The exciting new opportunity of Rostering Officer has been created to support the fast passed community care environment.
The Rostering Officer is responsible for rostering a team of community-based support workers to deliver consumer care and support in alignment with a range of program requirements within a community-based service. Working in partnership with consumers and stakeholders, the Rostering Officer ensures that shifts are allocated in a timely manner and with minimal disruption to consumer preferences and workforce availability.
This is an important role that will enable our service to deliver care and support to the best our ability, ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, industrial relations legislation and consumer service agreements. This role requires a high level of problem solving, attention to detail, administrative skills and an ability to build and maintain meaningful and positive relationships.
