An exciting opportunity exists for a talented health professional to be at the forefront of an Australasian program in persistent pain outcomes.

ePPOC is an initiative of the Faculty of Pain Medicine and was established in 2013 with initial funding from the NSW Ministry of Health. ePPOC has now grown into a mature research centre securing funding from multiple stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.

The key functions of ePPOC are to facilitate the collection of standardised data from pain management services, analyse and report these data, use the data for benchmarking, and promote research into areas of importance in pain management.

If successful, you will be the primary contact for ePPOC. You will have high level of interpersonal skills consistent with managing a team of professional staff from multiple backgrounds. You will have the ability to credibly represent ePPOC at national forums. You will also take the initiative to achieve work plan milestones and have a strong capacity for team leadership and project management. You will manage the governance mechanisms of ePPOC and contribute to the strategic direction. The ability to undertake interstate travel is essential to this position.
