About the opportunity

The Digital Project Officer provides digital project management advice and support to the Project Executives, coordinating the development and implementation of key strategies related to the Clinical Decision Support Tool as part of the Commonwealth Project.

The Digital Project Officer supports the University in project initiatives; including the development of the project charters, workforce plans, processes and resources required to support implementation. Our ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and teamwork with other project teams. The position is also responsible for providing support for the development and maintenance of InsideOut’s digital products, including the website, e-learning programs, and other online programs, such as e-therapies.

  • Demonstrated skills in project management coordination and administration
  • Previous experience working on digital IT projects
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and high-level interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of principles of user interface and user experience design, ability to design and communicate effectively through visual / interactive media to diverse clients
  • Development/ technical experience with web development platforms, applications and databases including APIs, servers (desirable)
  • Experience with Trello, Slack, GitHub (desirable)
