Hospo Voice is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Digital Organiser to join our team and help us expand nationally.
Candidates with a proven record in digital organising, and experience planning and executing data-driven digital strategies, will be highly regarded.
This position exists within an Innovation unit of the United Workers Union. Successful candidates will be driven individuals who are inquisitive, are systems thinkers, demonstrate a change mindset and are lifelong learners.
The position will be based in our office in Glebe.
Hospo Voice is Australia’s first digital union and was launched in 2018.
Hospo Voice is built around a new union model that combines cutting edge digital tools, like fairplate.org.au & Mobilise, and hard-hitting digital campaigns, to empower workers to win back stolen wages and to fight for secure jobs and safe, respectful workplaces.
Hospo Voice was trialled initially in Victoria and is now expanding nationally. It is a project of the United Workers Union.
