The Orange Door Hub provides a safe way for adults, children and young people to access services when they are experiencing family violence, or require support with the care, development and wellbeing of their children or young people. Based in the Croydon area of the Eastern Suburbs, the Aboriginal Practice Leader position lies within the Orange Door Hub service.
The Aboriginal Practice Leader is an established leadership position within the Orange Door Hub and works as an imperative part of the team. Some of the key accountabilities of this role are as follows:
The Aboriginal Practice Leader role is a key factor in the ongoing success of the Orange Door Hub service and is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Straight Islander designated position, classified under Section 12 Special Measures of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010.
