The Morwell VACCA team delivers a number of programs to Aboriginal families, young people and children including, Kurnai Youth Homelessness Service, Family Violence Services, Family Support Services, Better Futures, the Aboriginal Private Rental Assistance Program the Aboriginal Child and Specialist Advice and Support Service (ACSASS) also known as the Lakidjeka Program, among others.
The Koori Women’s Diversion Case Manager will play an integral role in diverting Aboriginal women from further contact with the criminal justice system, by delivering and coordinating intensive case management to a caseload of up to 8 Aboriginal women.
