The Youth Worker- Better Futures role is a dream job for any Youth Worker looking to strike out into a new area.   • To provide case management support when the young person leaves care, facilitating assessment planning with a focus on long-term outcomes;

  • To motivate, encourage and empower clients to address areas of personal difficulty and consider options for the development of personal wellbeing.

As I said earlier, a Youth Worker role with a focus on long term change in a community setting. The role is not tied to a desk, but is instead focussed on engaging the clients, building relationships and encouraging them to make real long lasting change in their lives.
