KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Lead the program to ensure VACCHO meets all requirements for Rainbow Tick Accreditation
  • Provide support mechanism to VACCHO staff on Rainbow Tick Accreditation ensuring that principals are embedded in the way VACCHO operates
  • Assist in the development and delivery of relevant LGBTQIA+ education
  • Establish strong networks with mainstream organisations

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A demonstrated knowledge of and understanding of the issues facing LGBTQIA+ peoples and Aboriginal and or Torres Strait Islander LGBTQIA+ peoples and the systemic barriers to accessing support
  • Project management skills including project development, implementation, resource management and evaluation.
  • Excellent writing skills, including resource development
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage sensitive information, maintain confidentiality and remain impartial at all times.
