We are currently looking for two Enquiries and Review Officers to join our team, one ongoing and one for a 6 month fixed-term period.
The Enquiries & Review team is the first point of contact for consumers and lawyers who need help from the VLSBC. The Enquiries & Review Officer is responsible for triaging and resolving consumer enquiries and, escalating and referring consumer complaints within the organisation as required. With over 24,000 lawyers in Victoria, the team is also responsible for managing their enquiries, assessing practising certificate applications and associated licensing matters renewals, and maintaining the register of lawyers.
