Volunteering Victoria has an opportunity for a Program Coordinator to join our team in on a fixed-term part-time basis (0.8FTE) until 30 June 2026.
Salary range $73,000 – 77,000 per annum.

The Program Coordinator role supports the delivery of the Volunteer Management Activity within Victoria. This includes contract management and support for VMA partners including convening the VMA service provider’s network. The Program Coordinator will also be expected to assist with other aspects of jurisdictional support for the VMA including organising training, reporting, monitoring and evaluation activities, resource creation, and convening reference groups of volunteers with lived experience as newly arrived migrants or living with a disability.

We are looking for a candidate that demonstrates Volunteering Victoria's values of collaboration, innovation and accountability.
Strong knowledge of volunteer management best practice including the National Standards for Volunteer Involvement is highly desirable.
The role is classified as SCHADS Award Level 6. Starting salary will be dependant on applicant's skills and experience.
