As a team leader you are responsible for the day to day functioning of the participant's program. You will mentor, supervise and lead a team of support workers providing care and support for people with high complex needs in a residential setting, ensuring a therapeutic, trauma informed approach to the daily structure of the program. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the teams fortnightly roster.
Certificate or Diploma in Community Services or similar equivalent tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in the Community Services Disability Support Sector
