About the opportunity

Are you looking for a rewarding career that aims to help others access support and achieve their goals?

As our new Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach, your main focus will be to work with and support participants with psychosocial disabilities in their recovery, as well as coordinate supports in line with the participants NDIS plan and with their individual goals. This role combines recovery and support coordination to help participants develop relationships and build support networks to ensure they are fully supported throughout their recovery journey.

To be successful in this role, you will need

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or Peer Work or at least 2 years' experience in Mental Health
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Current valid Driver's License
  • The right to work in Australia, Working with Children Check, National Police Records Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
  • Evidence of COVID booster vaccination or valid medical exemption
