You are a highly organised, energetic, dynamic individual with exceptional problem-solving skills. You listen, plan, document and deliver while building relationships with the Recruitment and wider People and Culture team. You pride yourself in being resilient, customer focused, approachable with high attention to detail and excellent reporting and administrative skills. You understand what it takes to be a part of a busy team and always ready to go extra mile to meet deadlines, changing priorities and projects.

You are an independent but can also work within a tight-knit team. You relish challenges and new experiences within the discipline of people and culture and are willing to learn and grow in aspects relating to your job.

About this opportunity

The Recruitment Administrator is responsible for supporting the recruitment team to ensure compliance and recruitment needs are met consistently and successfully. This opportunity allows the successful applicant to showcase their drive, passion and effective organisation skills.

What do you need?

  • Demonstrated experience in fast paced administration
  • Technical knowledge and skills in providing excellent support and organisation to the recruitment team
  • Excellent communication skills (both, verbal and written)
