About this opportunity

Wellways is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our supportive team. In this newly created role, you will work as part of the Business Systems Transformation team and will assist with the implementation and on-ongoing support of the Salesforce application in the Communications ad Marketing team, ensuring day to day operations are streamlined, supported and ready for future growth.

In this tier 2 specialist support position, you will work collaboratively with the Communications and Marketing team to ensure interoperability with the fundraising and community engagement modules and third party systems integrations.

This exciting opportunity offers the flexibility to work from either our Pymble NSW or Fairfield VIC office.

role requirements

This role will contribute to key functions of the Applications team, including but not limited to:

  • Fulfilling the role of primary systems administrator for Wellways' Salesforce environment
  • Conducting fault analysis and problem remediation for support incidents as required
  • Design, develop, test and delivering on application configuration and enhancement requests
  • Producing reports and dashboards
  • Installation and configuration of third-party Salesforce Applications from the AppExchange
  • Ongoing Stakeholder Engagement with the Communications and Marketing team
  • Assisting management with regular communications to the business on any service impacts, planned changes and risk mitigations
  • Conducting security audits of the Salesforce environment
  • Engaging in vendor management

To be successful you will have:

  • Appropriate IT skills including familiarity with computer operating systems and Information Systems and Business Intelligence technology
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • 2+ years proven experience in administration of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud environments
  • Experience with APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning components
  • Knowledge and experience of software development phases
  • Understanding of SQL and relational database techniques
  • Availability to participate in occasional out of hours activities when required to ensure delivery of key role outcomes
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
