Wellways Australia is the Carer Gateway service provider in South West Sydney, Nepean Blue Mountains and Queensland. Carer Gateway service providers provide carers with practical information, advice and support to access services that help them to sustain in their caring role. Carers are people who provide a caring role to someone in their life who has a disability, mental health issue, chronic health condition, terminal illness or is frail aged. The Carer Gateway Service Manager will focus on further developing the NSW Carer Gateway team, Wellways Carer Gateway reputation/brand and expand and diversify our service offer in the area.
