About the role

Reporting to the CEO and working with an established Executive Team, this important position will lead, manage, develop and motivate the Corporate Services staff, and oversee a diverse range of corporate functions including: Human Resources & Work Health Safety, Communications, Information Technology, Office Administration & Facilities Management.

You will proactively inform and contribute to development and implementation of strategies and business decisions that will support the company to achieve its vision and mission as set by the Board.

You will be required to lead a positive work culture, foster staff development and provide high levels of customer service throughout the Corporate Services portfolio.

In addition, you will have a commitment to continuous improvement, efficient service delivery and demonstrate high level problem-solving abilities, excellent negotiation and communication skills.

This position is full time and is funded until June 2023. Future employment is subject to ongoing funding.
