HRAR - High Risk Accommodation Response for COVID is a newly funded program designed to support accommodation providers to prevent COVID 19. The program is an end to end program that works with each accommodation area to assess readiness, support readiness and in the event of an outbreak manage the situation.
This position sits within the COVID Response Team and is a key role in the provision of assessing and supporting community members who contract coronavirus. The Team Leader will supervise Care Connectors who notify people of their COVID positive status, advise of self-isolation guidelines and refer people into appropriate health pathways. The Team Leader will conduct case management of especially complex clients.
Key accountabilities include:
As a team leader you will use your experience in Community and Social sector to supervise and coach a friendly team of casual and fixed term contractors. You will be registered clinician in Nursing or Allied Health with contemporary knowledge and experience in community support and understanding the services and pathways available is key. In partnership with the management team you will manage the relationships with third party stakeholders and contribute to project requirements.
