We're looking for an Outreach Physiotherapist to join our Homelessness Cluster, where we aim to improve the health, wellbeing, housing and social outcomes of people experiencing homelessness. The Cluster delivers a human rights approach to health care.

As the Outreach Physiotherapist, you will provide high quality site based and outreach physiotherapy services to people with a history or who are at risk of homelessness and people from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island Communities. This will include providing comprehensive physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment as well as providing health education, advocacy and health promotion for the client group.

Who are we looking for?

By the same token, if you're just starting out and your main goal is to have a positive impact on the most vulnerable and disadvantaged in the community, then we want to hear from you! cohealth will give you everything you need to flourish in this role, all you will need is a tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy along a current registration with Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency as a Physiotherapist.

Additionally, as all Healthcare workers in Victoria are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19, you will need to provide evidence before commencing employment with cohealth.
