Join the cohealth COVID-19 Vaccination Team

COVID-19 is considered the single greatest public health risk in the history of our DHB. With the vaccination rollout underway, cohealth is in urgent need of a Senior Nurse Immuniser to take charge and support the team to undertake the delivery and administration of the broadest immunisation programme in our history.

In joining our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the rollout of the Covid-19 vaccine through our community vaccination centres across Melbourne's CBD, northern and western suburbs. You will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the vaccine site, at the direction of the Covid Response Lead.

This is an opportunity to be involved in making the process of getting vaccinated against Covid-19 a better experience for the wider Melbourne community.

We're looking for qualified Nurse Immunisers with a minimum of 6 months of experience within the adult population. You may be a community nurse, paramedic or pharmacist, no matter your background if you are wanting to help us in preventing the spread, then we would love to hear from you!

Must have's

For us to meet the objectives set by local government, you will need the following:

• Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
• Victoria Police Check
• Current Victorian Driver's License
• Qualification as Nurse Immuniser with at least 6 months practical experience
• Covid Vaccination certification AstraZeneca & Pfizer
• Anaphylaxis Certification
