Women’s Health Grampians is seeking an experienced, self-motivated woman to shape an exciting new project aimed at supporting businesses to increase the recruitment and retention of women in industries such as construction and manufacturing. The role will involve the development and delivery of a whole-of-workplace program, and the successful candidate will join a small, committed team.

It is expected that the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Commitment to organisational vision, mission, and approach of WHG, including gender equality
  • Partnership development and the ability to use influencing skills to lead change, engaging a broad group of stakeholders on complex and sensitive topics
  • Project management skills, with the ability to negotiate and set priorities, meet deadlines, initiate and follow up actions
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Experience delivering training
  • Ability to work as part of a team while leading a discrete project and working with minimal supervision
  • Sound computer skills including the Microsoft office suite of products, and expertise with online delivery, eg via Zoom or Microsoft Teams
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or experience in relevant roles
