We are seeking a talented Accreditation Partner, interested in managing a portfolio of workplaces to achieve culture change under our Workplace Accreditation Program designed to support our vision.
As an Accreditation Partner you will engage workplaces in the process of building their capacity and capability to contribute to ending gendered violence and abuse in Australia.
You will be the trusted source for guidance and making recommendations for workplaces seeking to mature their approach, build capability to deliver education and awareness to their people and facilitate program delivery to workplaces on their journey to creating change.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Accreditation and Education, you will be a key team member of the Accreditation and Education team.
You will provide operational support to the White Ribbon Australia Workplace Accreditation Program to achieve its objectives. The Workplace Program provides a sustainable platform for Australian workplaces to create healthy and safe workplace cultures with the aim of changing attitudes and behaviours that allow gendered violence and abuse to occur in our communities.
The Accreditation Partner will guide workplaces from initial expression of interest through to achieving accreditation, providing an end to end customer experience.
This is a permanent, Full-Time role which allows the successful candidate to work from their organisation approved, at-home work station.
