We are looking for a wildly energetic Event Production Coordinator to support our Event Production team. You will be trusted with handling all event planning, production, logistics admin to produce a Coastrek event. During busy periods you will be required to assist the Customer Service function with phone and email enquiries from trekkers.

We support a global community from Sydney's Northern Beaches through our vision for a healthier happier world. Our mission is to create hiking adventures women love for fun, fitness, friends and fabulous funky fundraising.

Since 2000, we have inspired and empowered nearly 90,000 women to hike the wildly wonderful tracks and trails of the world and raised nearly $40 million dollars to give others a helping hand with their health. We’re a team of thirteen thriving energiser bunnies supported by strategic partners and vibey vollies focused on delivering health and fitness differently.

Your role will include:

  • Working with our charity partner and volunteers
  • Bumping in and out- yes that means moving equipment around and leading the logistics contractors to do the same. It’s hands on and fitness is a bonus!
  • Organising mini event briefings relating to coastrek
  • Working with our external stakeholders including event contractors and councils on all things event day.
  • Being a route and map whizz ensuring we offer the best possible trekker experience (so they don’t get lost!)
  • Stepping up on event day and support the Event Director in all aspects of delivering an unforgettable event
  • Dealing with the admin of invoices, quotes and budgets
  • Stocktaking event gear and know where things are and where they need to be.
  • Keeping gear tidy and sorted in our storage area
