The Opportunity:

As the Quality Coordinator at Windana, you will play an essential role, driving service excellence. You will lead the accreditation and registration audit requirements. Importantly you will ensure that our systems of feedback, training, and continuous quality improvement deliver the highest standards of client care and service delivery. With your passion for quality and your talent to engage, lead and influence, you will be lift quality improvement to a whole new level.

You will have a bachelor's degree tertiary qualification relevant to AOD, health or community services sector and experience in quality auditing within those sectors. Essential to your success will be your strong attention to detail, organisation skills and perseverance to see a job completed to the highest standards.

The Program:

The Quality coordinator reports to the People and Culture Manager and is a pivotal role in the People and Culture team. As a team, we enable the Windana service areas to deliver a high-quality service to clients. We provide advice to Windana employees across the full employment lifecycle with a view to continuously improve on the employee experience and quality improvement. We partner with managers to enable them to build strong teams. We have responsibility for recruitment and selection, onboarding, job evaluation, learning and development, employee relations, safety and engagement, and quality compliance and accreditation.
