About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled, engaging and professional team player to join our Finance team as an Accounts Receivable (AR) Officer. Working closely with the Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for end to end AR functions for various programs including our Early Childhood and Education Care Services (ELC, FDC and OSHC) and NDIS Services. Your range of AR tasks cover; reconciliation of AR ledger, invoicing and receipting, credit control, processing direct debits and follow-up of outstanding debts. Your expertise in process improvement will also be highly regarded, along with proficiency across Excel.

This is a full-time parental leave position until March 2022 where you will join a supportive and friendly Finance team. We also offer flexible Ways of Working including; a combination of working from home and working onsite from our Head Office in Narre Warren.

About you

You will have demonstrated experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer specifically within the childcare industry. You will also bring with you Quickkids software experience and knowledge of the NDIS & Child Safety Subsidy Schemes. Furthermore you will have sound reconciliation skills, high level accuracy and attention to detail.
