Calling all Early Childhood Assistant Educators or those currently studying their Certificate III or Diploma! We are currently seeking highly motivated educators committed to providing high quality practices, education & care. As an Assistant Educator, you will work directly with children and support our Lead Educators in delivering educational programs that fosters strong connections with children and families through positive interactions. In return, you will be supported in your development as an Early Childhood Educator, allowing creativity and enterprising practice in an environment of continuous quality improvement.

About the ELC

Our purpose designed ELC is a first class facility offering regular and structured care.

About you

You will be currently studying your Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or you will currently hold these qualifications and have previous demonstrated experience as an Assistant Educator within a Long Day Care setting. You will have a thorough understanding of working within the NQF as well as behaviour support and guidance techniques. You will thrive working within a team environment and have the ability to develop positive working relationships with your fellow educators, children and families.

We currently have casual and full-time permanent positions available (3 x permanent and 1 x fixed term parental leave position). This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-directed and mature professional who is passionate about early childhood education and care that results in positive, lasting outcomes for children, their families and the community
